NOTICE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA (“Notice”)
The purpose of this Notice is for the Controller to ensure the realization and protection of the right to privacy of candidates who are looking for a job through the website teem.engineering: (“Candidates”), as well as to inform them about their rights in connection with the processing of personal data.

Personal data processed
Personal data that we most often process are name and surname, date of birth, citizenship, photos, e-mail address, phone number, work experience and previous employers, data on various levels of education, data on professional training and knowledge of foreign languages, completed courses, trainings, seminars, possession of certain licenses or specific knowledge and categories of driver’s licenses and audio recording of the interview.
We are not able to provide absolutely all personal data that we can process, because each job candidate can provide different data in their CV, which we have no influence on.
The Controller can use reliable artificial intelligence when processing data on candidates, but especially taking care not to violate the principles of diversity, non-discrimination and equality. Any decision related to connecting a candidate with a potential employer will not be based solely on data processing by artificial intelligence, but will be used only in certain segments, while the final decision will be made by natural persons employed or employed by the Controller. The Controller will ensure the participation of the natural person under the control of the Controller in making the decision, the right of the person to whom the data refer to express his position in relation to the decision, as well as the right of the person to whom the data refers to challenge the decision before the authorized person of the Controller.

Purpose of intended data processing and legal basis for data processing
The data is processed for the purpose of evaluating candidates and connecting candidates with potential employers and forming a candidate database in order to connect with potential employers in connection with the establishment of an employment relationship or other form of employment of candidates with those employers.

Data retention period and criteria for its determination
The data that is collected is stored as long as there is a need to connect the candidate with potential employers or until the candidate revokes the consent.
Rights of persons whose personal data is processed
The person has the right of access, the right to correction, addition, deletion, limitation and portability of data, as well as the right to object and automated individual decision-making.
The person has the right to revoke the consent at any time, whereby the revocation of the consent does not affect the admissibility of the processing before the revocation.
In case of revocation of consent, the Controller will not process the data of the Person to whom the revocation refers, unless the Controller has legal authorization for processing.

The controller will respond to each request as soon as possible, and in any case no later than within 30 days of receiving the request in accordance with Article 12 of the GDPR.
A person can file a complaint regarding the processing of their personal data before the competent authority.
Measures to protect personal data
Technical measures:
The collection of data located in the computer system is secured by a password system for authorization and identification of program and data users. Controller does parsing of the CV before AI usage and hold the unparsed and parsed CVs in different locations. Paper data carriers, which are used to enter data into the computer-controlled data collection, and all other carriers are locked outside of working hours. All rooms are locked.
