Terms of Service

Teem Engineering B.V. with its registered office and principal place of business at Vijzelstraat 68, 1017 HL Amsterdam, legally represented by Johannes Maria Buster (hereinafter: Teem B.V.), for the purpose of regulating mutual relations with the users of the website https://teem.engineering/, on March 10, 2026, in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, hereby adopts the following:

​GENERAL TERMS OF USE FOR THE WEBSITE https://teem.engineering/

​Article 1

​Subject of the General Terms

1.1. These General Terms apply to all natural persons (hereinafter: “the Candidate”) who, via the website https://teem.engineering/ (hereinafter: the website), submit their curriculum vitae (CV) and other personal data necessary for applying to appropriate job positions at TEEM ENGINEERING DOO BELGRADE (hereinafter: the Partner).

1.2. Teem B.V., together with its partner in the Republic of Serbia, performs the analysis and classification of submitted CVs for the purpose of establishing an employment relationship with the Partner and for cooperation with Dutch legal entities.

1.3. Teem Engineering B.V. (“Teem”) provides integrated engineering capacity by making dedicated professionals available from our engineering hub in Belgrade, Serbia. Our services are designed as a “natural extension” of the Client’s in-house team.

1.4. The service provided by Teem B.V. to Candidates via the website is completely free of charge and is not subject to any fees.

​Article 2

​Use of AI

2.1. Teem B.V. and its partners may use reliable artificial intelligence when processing candidate data, taking special care not to violate the principles of diversity, non-discrimination, and equality. Any decision related to connecting a candidate with a potential employer will not be based solely on data processing by artificial intelligence; rather, it will be used only in certain segments, while the final decision will be made by natural persons employed or engaged by Teem B.V. and its partners. Teem B.V. and its partners shall ensure the participation of a natural person under whose control the decision is made, the right of the person to whom the data refers to express their position regarding the decision, as well as the right of the person to whom the data refers to challenge the decision before an authorized person of Teem B.V. and its partners.

​Article 3

​Sharing Data with Third Parties

3.1. The Candidate agrees that Teem B.V. and the Partner may share selected data from the candidate’s profile, including relevant information from the CV, with potential legal entities in the Netherlands. The sharing of data is performed exclusively for the purpose of presenting the Candidate for the performance of potential work tasks.

3.2. Teem B.V. and the Partner take all reasonable measures to ensure that data is shared exclusively with legitimate employers.

​Article 4

​International Tax & Compliance

4.1. All engineering services are performed 100% remotely from our offices in Belgrade, Serbia. Under the bilateral tax treaty between the Netherlands and Serbia, no Dutch wage tax liability arises for work performed physically in Serbia. Teem ensures that all local social security contributions and taxes are paid in Serbia.

​Article 5

​Obligations and Responsibilities of the Candidate

5.1. The Candidate is obliged to provide true, accurate, and complete information about themselves, their education, and work experience.

5.2. The Candidate undertakes to update their data in the event of any changes that could affect the recruitment mediation process.

5.3. The Candidate understands and accepts that Teem B.V. does not guarantee the establishment of an employment relationship.

​Article 6

​Service Fees

6.1. The services of Teem B.V. and the Partner are completely free of charge for the candidate.

​Article 7

​Obligations and Responsibilities of the Service Provider

7.1. The Service Provider undertakes to endeavor to perform the analysis and classification of candidates with the diligence of a prudent businessman.

7.2. The Service Provider is obliged to protect the personal data of the Candidate in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, implementing all technical, personnel, and organizational measures to protect them from unauthorized access, disclosure, destruction, or misuse.

7.3. The Service Provider undertakes to act conscientiously, objectively, and impartially, protecting the interests of the candidate in this process.

​Article 8

​Personal Data Processing

8.1. For the purpose of providing employment mediation services, the Service Provider collects and processes the Candidate’s personal data, including but not limited to CVs, information on education, work experience, skills, and contact details. All collected data is used exclusively for finding adequate job positions with Employers in the Netherlands.

8.2. Candidates can familiarize themselves with the details regarding the processing of personal data in a separate document titled “Data Processing Notice,” which is prominently displayed on the website.

​Article 9

​Liability

9.1. Teem B.V. and its Partner do not assume responsibility for the success of recruitment or for the content of the employment contract that the candidate may eventually conclude with an employer. The Service Provider is responsible solely for conscientious and professional conduct in accordance with the subject of these General Terms.

9.2. Teem B.V. and its Partner are not liable for any damage resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the candidate.

9.3. Teem B.V. and its Partner are not responsible for the actions or omissions of employers with whom the candidate comes into contact, nor for any potential disputes arising from the relationship between the candidate and the employer.

​Article 10

​Amendments to the General Terms

10.1. Teem B.V. reserves the right to amend or supplement these General Terms at any time.

10.2. All amendments and supplements will be published on the website and shall enter into force on the day of publication, unless otherwise stated. Candidates are encouraged to regularly review the General Terms to stay informed of any changes.

​Article 11

​Dispute Resolution

11.1. Teem B.V., its Partner, and the Candidate shall endeavor to resolve any disputes that may arise through mutual agreement. If this is not possible, the court of competent jurisdiction in Amsterdam shall have jurisdiction over the resolution of disputes.

11.2. Teem B.V., its Partner, and the Candidate agree on the application of the substantive and procedural laws of the Netherlands.

Article 12

​Entry into Force

12.1. These General Terms enter into force on the day of their publication on the website.
