A note from our CEO
Before founding Teem Engineering, I led a company where Serbian engineers worked closely with Dutch teams. What stood out to me was that the longer people worked together, the better the results became. Over time, the engineers began improving not just individual outputs, but the way work was done overall.
That experience shaped Teem. It showed me that strong engineering isn’t driven by speed or pressure, but by continuity, trust, and responsibility.
My goal is to build a place where engineers can focus deeply, grow through real responsibility, and see the impact of their work over time. We take our work seriously, but believe great work is only sustainable when people trust each other, enjoy collaboration and have room to be human.
If you’re looking for a place where engineering is treated as a craft and growth is steady rather than rushed, Teem may feel like home.
Hans Buster, CEO at TEEM

Our key values
The Teem Way of Working
-
Integrity
Integrity is how we act when no one is watching. It means taking responsibility for our decisions, being fair in our judgment and doing what is right even when it is inconvenient.
At Teem, integrity creates clarity. It allows people to trust each other’s intent, focus on their work and speak openly without second-guessing motives.
-
Growth
We believe people, teams and companies stay healthy by continuing to learn. At Teem, learning is part of the work.
For us, growth does not mean constant pressure or chasing speed. It means improving steadily, taking responsibility for your craft and creating space for others to grow alongside you.
-
Fun
We believe work should give energy rather than drain it. Enjoyment, connection and a shared sense of purpose make long-term performance possible.
At Teem, fun is not a distraction from serious work. It grows out of trust, respect and the satisfaction of building something together.

Civil/Hydraulic Engineering
Full-time
Project Engineer - Nearshore Cable Installation
An offshore project engineering role within a dedicated team supporting a specialist Dutch water construction firm. Cable installation, tidal zone work, implementation documentation, and direct coordination with field and licensing stakeholders. Stable, full-time, long-term, from Belgrade.
A civil or maritime engineer with three to five years of offshore project experience, ready to take technical ownership of cable installation work from preparation through execution.
You will join Teem as part of a dedicated setup supporting a specialist Dutch water construction firm that has been executing dredging, coastal reinforcement, hydraulic structures, and nearshore cable installation for nearly thirty years. The client works across tidal zones and ecologically sensitive coastal environments, and operates its own vessels, cranes, and steel fabrication workshop. You will work from our Belgrade office, fully embedded in the client’s tools, methods, and project rhythm, collaborating daily in English and/or German with Dutch engineers, project leads, and external stakeholders.
What you will do
- Draw up and coordinate implementation plans, method statements, and work protocols for cable installation and nearshore projects
- Prepare offshore and nearshore work packages, including equipment selection and logistical planning
- Provide technical support during execution and coordinate with subcontractors
- Identify and mitigate risks specific to work in tidal and ecologically sensitive areas
- Produce site layout drawings and work storyboards to support field preparation
- Liaise with licensing authorities, ecologists, and maritime service providers on behalf of the project team
We are looking for someone who
- Holds a degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline from a Serbian technical faculty, at either a three to four year applied sciences level or a five year integrated master’s programme
- Has three to five years of experience as a project engineer in offshore or nearshore environments, with a focus on cable installation or cable landing work
- Has practical experience producing implementation documentation, risk assessments, and method statements
- Has worked in tidal areas or similarly dynamic coastal environments
- Communicates clearly and takes initiative without requiring close supervision
- Works daily at a professional level in both written and spoken English and/or German
- Is looking for a stable, long-term role rather than project-to-project work
What we offer
- A stable, full-time role within a growing Teem engineering team
- Direct involvement in technically demanding Dutch coastal and offshore projects
- Structured onboarding as you integrate into the client’s tools, standards, and project flow
- Daily collaboration with experienced Dutch engineers and project leads
- A working culture focused on technical quality, ownership, and continuity
This is not freelance work or agency placement. You will be embedded as a permanent part of a specialist water construction firm that executes dredging, coastal reinforcement, and cable installation in some of the most technically demanding environments in Northern Europe, including tidal zones and cable landings. The expectation is that you build expertise over time rather than rotate through assignments. The client executes at the level of physical construction, not just design, and the engineering decisions you support translate directly into outcomes in the field.

MEP / Installation Engineering
Full-time
BIM Modeller – Ventilation Systems
A BIM modeller role within a dedicated team supporting a specialist Dutch ventilation firm. You model ventilation systems for large-scale construction projects, work in Revit, and collaborate in English with Dutch engineers daily. Stable, full-time, long-term.
This is a role for a BIM modeller with a background in building services or MEP, who works precisely, manages model versions without supervision, and takes responsibility for output that goes directly to site.
You will join Teem as part of a dedicated team supporting a specialist Dutch ventilation engineering firm. The client designs and delivers ventilation systems for large-scale residential, commercial, and utility projects across the Netherlands, including high-rise residential towers, hospitals, schools, and office complexes. You will work from our Belgrade office, fully embedded in the client’s BIM workflow, collaborating in English with project engineers, lead engineers, and site preparation teams every day.
What you will do
- Convert lead engineer sketches and design input into detailed 3D Revit models for ventilation systems
- Collect information from project engineers and site preparation teams, check models for completeness, and manage version control before handover
- Work across multiple projects at once, updating models when designs change and keeping versions current throughout
- Produce model output that gives site preparation teams the information they need to execute without ambiguity
- Work directly with Dutch project engineers to resolve clashes and keep models consistent with the engineering intent
We are looking for someone who
- Holds a degree from a Serbian technical faculty in mechanical engineering, building services, or a closely related field
- Has at least two years of experience as a BIM modeller in a building services, MEP, or installation engineering context
- Works with Revit as a primary tool; AutoCAD experience is an asset
- Reads installation design drawings accurately and produces models that site teams can execute on directly
- Works independently, manages versions and deadlines without supervision, and holds output to a consistent standard
- Communicates daily in written and spoken English with Dutch engineers and project leads
- Is looking for a stable, long-term role rather than project-to-project work
What we offer
- A stable, full-time role within a growing Teem engineering team
- Direct involvement in ventilation design for major Dutch construction projects
- Structured onboarding as you integrate into the client’s tools, standards, and workflow
- Daily collaboration with experienced Dutch project engineers and lead engineers
- A working culture built on clarity, technical quality, and continuity
This is not agency placement or short-term project work. You will be part of a dedicated team embedded in a firm that holds a leading position in ventilation engineering in the Netherlands. The projects are real and large: residential towers, hospital complexes, commercial buildings. Your models are not internal deliverables reviewed by a manager; they go to site. The engineers you work with daily have built careers on this work. The expectation is that you stay, develop, and become part of how the team functions over time.
